Departmental coaching and development of team leads and team members
Identify, implement and execute departmental improvements
Lead employees to meet the company’s expectations for productivity, quality, and individual goal accomplishments
Coordinate team meetings and huddles alongside Team Leads to keep our team members updated and trained on new policies and procedures
Understand department metrics and direct team leads to coach on opportunities
Staying informed on our daily call forecast to ensure team members are answering phone calls in a timely manner. Reporting any phone issues to our support department
Bachelor's degree is a must
Over 90 days at CR II level
Proven track record, must be in good standing in current role
Must be flexible with shift start and end times
Record of taking initiative and following through on assignments
Proficient with using computer systems : Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
Excellent communication (both written and verbal), presentation and influencing skills
Self-starter, highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
