In this role, you will support strategy and operations and drive the vision for Twitter’s Sales and Marketing tools implementations.
As a Sales and Marketing Cloud expert, you will be responsible for identifying issues, defining business requirements, providing recommendations, and performing configurations for Sales and Marketing system enhancements.
You will also manage the day-to-day operations of the platform including admin, sales support, and other needs. This position will act as a liaison between the technical and non-technical departments.
Drive the vision, scope, and strategy of the Sales and Marketing Tools roadmap for Twitter
Work with business stakeholders to document business requirements on sales and marketing initiatives
Partner with business teams and technical teams to design and deploy sales CRM and marketing automation solutions
Evaluate third party vendors as a means to introduce new automation solutions; manage third party vendor relationships
Configure Salesforce to meet Twitter’s day to day needs
Frame and present project plans and ROI to stakeholders
Identify and recommend areas within Twitter’s Sales and Marketing processes that can be improved via systems enhancements and automation
Share best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of Salesforce and it’s integrated systems
6+ years working in a digital advertising organization
In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce
Salesforce Admin 201 Certification
Experience with Marketing automation tools
Bonus : Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
BS / BA preferred, in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or Computer Sciences
