The EnterpriseArchitecture Region Lead will assist with definition and planning of keylong-range technology architectural roadmap to anticipate future business needsand maximize long-
term technology investments. This position delivers innovativearchitectural solutions for Experian, partnering with senior leaders acrossInformation Technology to establish and maintain architecture standards andsolutions which align to the Experian’s strategic goals.
The leader will workwith stakeholders, subject matter experts, and teams of architects, to defineand develop solutions that supports business strategy.
This position will leadthe analysis of new and emerging technologies and partner with senior leadersto investigate strategic opportunities.
The leader will relate the businessesmission, strategy, and processes to its IT strategy, and documents this usingmultiple architectural models or views that show how the current and futureneeds of Experian will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, andadaptable manner.
Responsibilities : Responsibilities
Review and recommendselection of third-party software platforms.
Oversee implementationof solution architecture by producing blueprints that guide the development andimplementation of business solutions across multiple projects, providingdirection to technical teams during project delivery and ensuringimplementations support technology and business roadmaps.
Develop and maintainthe technology roadmap, collaborating with business and IT partners to ensurethat the roadmap creates business value with technically sound solutions andseeking out opportunities to apply technical innovations to customer needs.
Assist withstandardizing a global architecture review board and perform a leadershipfunction on this board. Must have cross functional experience interacting withbusiness lines in a similar capacity.
Monitor the businesscapability landscape to identify opportunities for greater long-term businessvalue.
Monitor the industrysolution landscape to track the development of available solutions, andidentify opportunities for adapting the team's solution architecture.
Provide ongoingfeedback to Enterprise Architecture team to ensure the framework remainsrelevant and useful.
Perform allresponsibilities in support and development of IT strategic plan and roadmap.
Maintain theorganization’s IT architecture program including IT Architectural Governanceand Standards.
Effectively articulatehow the team can realize business value through technology.

Qualifications : Qualifications
SDLC experience inrefining requirements, change and configuration management, dev / QA methodology
Experience inEnterprise Architecture, SOA / API Governance and Implementation, TechnologyTransformation, Information Security
Knowledge in EnterpriseArchitecture :
Information landscape(applications, data)
Knowledge inarchitecture review process
Excellent planningskills in both tactical and strategic planning.
Effective leadershipand negotiation skills required.
Experience in processimprovement and facilitation.
Preferredexperience / knowledge
Experience withEnterprise Modeling tools (Casewise preferred)
MBA, Bachelor’s degreein Business Administration, Computer Science or related field required.
Minimum 10 years ofexperience in systems architecture, solution design and solution
Knowledge in EAframeworks like TOGAF
