Job Description The ICG KYC is looking for a People Lead to build a positive environment for the team members. You'll be the assign as the Ops Managers first point of contact, ensuring that they remain satisfied with the services provided by our People team.

The position is responsible for leading the definition and execution of People's Team strategy for Americas. Which covers six pillars : On boarding, career path, development program, Communication, Recognition and Welfare.

To succeed in this role, the People Lead must be able communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines. Experience in communication and human resources knowledge is key in this position.

The goal is to ensure that our team engagement and office environment is strong and positive throughout time. Responsibilities Act as Primary KYC BSU Contact point for Costa Rica People team Manage the People team supporting America's countries in accordance with globally consistent KYC BSU standards.

Support Operation Managers in maintaining a engaged workforce with capability to execute their operational goals flawlessly Ensure knowledgeable staff and continuous development plans in place Act as project lead for Costa Rica office for Global KYC BSU projects / quality initiatives related to People as required Ensure transparent and open people management culture within the team Effectively maintain a highly efficient process environment Manage and support department projects, and initiatives as requested Maintain a highly efficient in pillars such as Onboarding, Talent Development, Recognition, Communication, Career Path and Welfare Support Talent Acquisition and talent Development to fulfill business needs.

Manage Communication Strategies to boost team environment Lead Engagement initiatives and projects in ICG KYC business unit Qualifications : Knowledge / Experience : Proven experience as an Engagement, Communications or HR Manager 2 to 5 years desired Demonstrate ability to Lead and Motivate individuals within a pressurized environment.

Considerable experience of dealing with senior management in a multi-function environment Proficient in MS Office Strong organizational and multitasking skills Customer-oriented approach Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Sharp business acumen Problem-solving aptitude Project management experience is a plus BSc / BA in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or similar field Skills : Strong Leadership and Motivational skills Excellent workflow management skills / experience Excellent communication skills Leadership and Motivational skills Superior planning & organizing skills Innovation and change management implementation Proficient use of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint ) Project Management Skills Education : University degree preferably in Business, Psychology or Human Resources.

Competencies : Pro-active thinking and execution abilities Detailed oriented balanced with a strategic view Demonstrated effectiveness in people management - in particular motivation, development, and teamwork Demonstrated effectiveness process management - in particular target setting , prioritization and operational effectiveness Ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to work well under pressure and tight time frames Manage up effectively Pro-active, flexible, have good organizational skills and must be team player.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment Job Background / context : The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for the day to day operation of a local team supporting multiple countries.

Ensuring that all people activities completed to support these countries are done to a high standard. The successful candidate will play a central role in the local leadership team, reporting direct to the Support Operations Manager and will act as back up to them in People topics.

The candidate will be tasked with representing the Costa Rica office on global KYC BSU People projects / engagement initiatives.

And will be responsible for the on-going development of staff within the team Constant interaction is required with global and regional seniors including but not limited to Global KYC BSU Management, Relationship Management, and Product groups.
