We have an opportunity available for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Costa Rica. This position applies business process, analytical, and system administration skills in a dynamic environment to support the SAP general ledger's operation and corporate financial systems.
While the work is in a quasi-technical environment, the position provides insight into business finance operations, Controllership and General Accounting operations, and both internal and external reporting.
It exposes the analyst to a balanced view of accounting, finance, and financial system infrastructure.
The position is responsible for accuracy of master data setup, which is critical to Thomson Reuter's monthly financial information and management reporting.
Additionally, this position will administrator the banking and BlackLine accounting reconciliation system.
The Financial Analyst position will work closely with the Business Units, Controllership, Treasury and General Accounting operations colleagues across the world to ensure that business requirements are supported appropriately.
This role will be responsible for high customer interface to build quality working relationships within the organization.
Given the global reach of this business and the matrixed operating environment, the individual should be an effective communicator.
