As a Specialist, you will also provide support by working on transactions from the real-time queue and contact customers when it’s needed.

Your other responsibilities will include ensuring that compliance regulations are met, resolving complex problems independently, and assisting with escalation calls handling.

You’ll make a difference by working closely with supervisors and quality teams to share best practices. Here are the skills we’d like you to have : English is required, written and verbal Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills Customer and result-oriented mindset Experience with fraud monitoring and / or payments background desired Independent decision-making with high attention to detail skills Capable of working and prioritizing effectively under stress or in difficult situations.
