About the Role
The Senior Manager of End User Experience (EUE) Analytics is responsible for setting and delivering the analytics agenda for Roku's EUE Product team.
They will lead an analytics team focused on driving engagement with the Roku platform by informing the creation of unique and useful experiences.
This high-visibility role will support the VP of EUE Product for Roku.
What you'll be doing
Partner with senior and other stakeholders to plan and drive the analytics strategy for EUE products
Be analytics thought leader, brainstorm partner, and sounding board for EUE Product Management
Partner with other data science, data engineering, and analytics teams to execute the EUE product strategy
Proactively monitor Roku content leading indicators to highlight problems and opportunities for the business
Hire and develop a team of exceptional analytics professionals
Lead, cheer on, and mentor a team of data scientists to : explore and process data from disparate sourcesgenerate deep and actionable insightsdrive the development and adoption of best practicesgrow their careers and contributions to Roku over time
Champion an objective, data-driven culture
Manage the design, execution, and analysis of A / B testing programs
Deliver presentations to communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders and executive leadership
Develop, document, and promulgate best practices that enable the team to work efficiently and with high quality
Develop, document, and enforce standards for scheduled reporting that clarify customer expectations and ensure those expectations are met
Partner with Data Engineering to ensure EUE Product's data ecosystem empowers the analytics team to succeed
We're excited if you have
8+ years of relevant experience with analytics in tech, advertising, or entertainment sectors
3+ years of experience building and leading analytics teams, including formal supervisory duties
Proven experience in driving projects from start to finish while driving impact
Proven track record of thriving with ambiguity
Experience with statistical analysis and modeling, e.g., causal inference, significance testing, regression analysis, etc.
Experience with SQL
Some coding ability in R or Python is a plus
Communication and presentation experience with a proven track record of using insights to influence executives and colleagues
Bachelor's degree in math, physics, computer science, economics, or related field
