In joining Adobe’s Worldwide Digital Media Finance organization, you will have the opportunity to serve as team lead for our revenue forecasting function within the largest business unit at Adobe ($13B ARR) by partnering with cross-functional finance and accounting teams.
The position will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Media Revenue Forecasting. This role requires discovering and presenting insights about how organic trends and business decisions impact Adobe’s revenue growth trajectory.
The ideal candidate for this role can do complex revenue modeling as well as succinctly communicate model characteristics, output, and variances to Adobe Finance leadership.
The revenue modeling work has an entrepreneurial component, which requires a strong understanding of our current reporting and modeling ecosystem and motivating changes to improve accuracy and explainability.
You will with people and teams both locally and remotely as well as engage in processes with worldwide teams in a matrix organization.

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.
Colorado Starting Salary : $111,700 - $145,000
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
