ROLE
Senior Manager Operations is responsible for Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Meeting & Event Card program, Travel Operations, Supplier onboarding, Management Information Reporting.
This role will supervise a team to craft effective corporate card policies, analyze and monitor the highly automated program, reinforce the control environment to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, onboard new suppliers with correct risk assessment, provide direct support to traveler and cardholders and their managers, and support all aspects of operations with focus on customer service.
This team will work with category team, to provide best in class operation experience for Thomson Reuters employees.
Card Program :
Establish and control the Thomson Reuters card policy where employee to know when and what to use card and manage the communication
Develop global card program objective and operation KPI and manage the delivery performance with customer satisfactory
Provide card solutions to contribute Thomson Reuters overall P2P performance
Leverage the card solutions to manage Thomson Reuters suppliers effectively
Coordinate period audits and policy compliance reviews; audit reports; communicate findings and drive for process improvement with efficient use of resources
Travel Operations :
Oversee all travel arrangements (air, lodgings etc.) and operations
Provide advice related to travel documents, insurance, import / export regulations
Ensure traveler compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
Ensure program support for employee travel safety
Facilitate to drive continuous improvement of travel programs
Supplier Onboarding :
Responsible to design, implement and operate Supplier onboarding policy, process and systems
Ensure strong risk assessment in place with all new suppliers, suppliers with scope extensions, suppliers with significant changes
Collaborate with internal audit & corporate compliance teams for auditing and mitigations
Management Information Reporting :
Design and produce intelligent data reporting for continuous improvement
Oversee data management and reporting
Collaborate with other procurement colleagues to improve operation infrastructures
