Become an Outcoder as a Enterprise Services Specialist

The Enterprise Services Specialist (ESS) will provide Enterprise expertise in delivering Electronic Notebook solutions to external customers.

The ESS will deliver Signals Suite enabled solutions with a player coach approach. The ESS will provide expertise in business analysis during implementations.

Familiarity with concepts and language around cloud applications, business analysis, software troubleshooting, chemistry and biology lab workflows, and training delivery is required to assist with requirements gathering and design discussions with customers.

The ESS will regularly interact with customer roles including IT Directors, Chemistry and Biology subject matter experts and Business Sponsors.

What you’ll need to be successful :

Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology or related science.

1+ years’ experience in SDLC in the Software Application domain

Excellent communication skills used to build relationships with customers, provide clarity to your team and present to management

Ability to listen and consult with clients to convey best approach to achieve appropriate workflows in their software application solutions.

Work well in a team setting.

Excellent customer service skills.

This will be considered a plus :

Experience in external client-facing business support and delivery in Software Services industry ; customers will be Biotech, Pharma, Contract Research Organizations,

Knowledge of databases, data architecture and system design

Knowledge of scripting languages preferably in R, Python, JavaScript

These will be your primary / secondary responsibilities :

Provide day to day support and guidance on technical, scientific, and business issues to customers.

Implement Cloud and On-Premise Enterprise Electronic Notebook solutions to customers.

Deliver Administrator and End User training to customers for several Perkin Elmer product solutions.

Set work expectations with customers and provide on-time delivery.

Provide best practices and strategy to customers to learn as much as possible from their available requirements

Proactively identify and act on opportunities to improve delivery and quality of solutions

Create project documentation
