The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for outbound(external)prospecting and identifying qualified software sales opportunities in a defined target market using sales marketing tools(LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce.

com, Outreach, etc.)working closely with Autodesk’s Sales Account Executives (Inside / Field Sales) to generate sales revenue.

In addition, the BDR has the critical responsibility of discerning the quality and value of those leads for further qualification by the Autodesk Sales Team.

The sky’s the limit for professional growth and we consider our BDRs at the gateway to becoming our future Territory Sales Representatives and Territory Account Executives (Sales).

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Autodesk, a $3-Billion-dollar global organization, you will use outbound(external)communication, qualify potential customer opportunities and deliver closable sales pipeline to Autodesk’s sales organization.

You will be a part of an unbelievable sales organization on the path toachievethe company growth goals while fueling your future career!

This is a revenue quota carryingpositionwith incredible financial incentives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Executives (Inside / Field Sales) and Demand Generation counterparts to develop a qualified sales pipeline of customers

Drive additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental programs or projects initiated by sales management

Qualify leads and pass opportunities to the Autodesk Account Executives in the territory business (pipeline + revenue)

Interact with clients and prospects of all seniority levels, including C-Suite, in a variety of industries, across a broad geographical region

Map key stakeholders, technical requirements and business process on all sales deals

Navigating Autodesk resources in order to accommodateneedsof inbound customers

Contact customers via phone, email, Outreach, LinkedIn, by leveraging outbound(external)techniques / technologies to position the value of Autodesk software solutions

Create and manage a database of leads in Salesforce.com, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining to close or transferring to appropriate team

Maintainstrongunderstanding of promotions and campaigns related to doing business with Autodesk

Transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative while learning sales process, sales skills, and industry knowledge

Manage a database of leads in Salesforce.com, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline

Proficient in identifying key decision makers in other organizations within the accounts to find additional sales opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

Proficiency in Spanish, English

We’re looking for those with1-3+years sales experience in technology or SaaS(Software-as-a-Service)sales; however - if you’re passionate, competitive, and curious, we want to hear from you!

You possess a strong business acumen

You have a proven track recordofachieving measurable goals

You have strong verbal and writtenskills

You have a willingness and desire to learn you’re innately a curious person

You have a desire or interest in sales and / ormarketing

SaaS or software experience a significant bonus

You are highly motivated and havepassionforwinning

You excel in a fast-paced, competitive, and dynamicenvironment

You have excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills

You can work both independently and within a teamenvironment

You have a strong work ethic : Team oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results oriented

Proficient computer skills including email (Outlook), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

You want to make the future and be a part of somethingbigger

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo or Salesforce.com or similar CRM
