This is a temporary contract position. What You Will Do Support day-to-day operations of a 30-40-person Studio, including calendar maintenance, meeting / event coordination, answering phones, email screening, travel arrangements, filing, time sheets, expense reports, and credentialing Assist with administrative aspects of client projects including business correspondence, proposals, contracts, meeting notes, project filing, and new project setup Work closely with Marketing, Accounting, Office Services and Human Resources in support of studio administration and report requests Provide administrative support on special projects as needed Provide reception and office services back-
confidentiality a must Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat) a huge plus Proven attention to detail, with excellent organization and time management skills Must be able to multitask, determine priorities, take ownership of tasks, and exhibit a high level of initiative and follow-
