We are looking for a creative and outgoing Brand Manager to head the local marketing and communication initiatives for our brands.
You will be focused on Community Management, Content Building, Social Media and Event Production among other operational initiatives for external and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, business savviness and the ability to multitask are key for successful candidates.
Serve as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for Konrad and BrainStation brands.
Initiatives include outreach campaigns (print, web, social media, etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs and swag.
Copywriting (social media content, email blast, newsletters, etc.)
Managing social media presence and content building (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Collaborate in the organization, planning and execution of company events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Preparing presentations according to specific brand guidelines.
Lead sales efforts of BrainStation’s courses open to external audiences, including promotions, client conversations, payments and invoicing.
Logistics and operations of our student engagement initiatives, Coordination of classroom and campus, course materials and instructors.
Website content management and administration.
Successful candidates will have
Degree in advertising, marketing, business, communications or relevant field
4+ years of experience in similar roles
Strong writing skills in both English and Spanish
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Apple Keynote
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Experience with and comfortable using content management systems (CMS) such as Wordpress
Advanced communication skills in English
Passionate about digital technology, design and media
Creative thinking and problem solving skills
Proactive with a desire to learn and deliver with very high standards
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
