This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to lead Adobe’s Enterprise Resilience program. As the Head of Enterprise Resilience, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and mature the program, which is dedicated to improving the continuity capability of the organization, ensuring continued compliance with business continuity certifications / standards and representing Adobe in continuity assurance activities with current and prospective Adobe enterprise customers

The role will require a leader with proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, consensus building, relationship management and proven results.

Reporting to the Director of Technology Governance, Risk and Compliance (TechGRC), the role will be based in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities

Build and drive the strategic vision for a mature enterprise resilience program across the company

Partner with the business to facilitate the annual resilience program lifecycle (e.g. business impact assessments, continuity plan creation / update, testing)

Lead the expansion of Adobe’s business continuity planning strategies to meet the needs of emerging risks

Drive disaster recovery compliance across Adobe’s products, services and internal functions

Collaborate with key business areas to provide domain expertise to initiatives across the organization

Ensure the enterprise resilience program’s continued compliance with relevant frameworks (e.g. ISO 22301, SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA, etc.)

Liaise with internal and external auditors on annual recertification efforts

Serve as a customer-facing point for business continuity and disaster recovery inquiries supporting existing customers and new business prospects

Lead and develop a geo-dispersed team of professionals to build a culture of resilience across the organization

Requirements

8-12 years in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management or related experience in high technology environments

CBCP / MBCI or higher certification

3-5 years people management experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of higher education and achievement - preferably in business, information systems or related fields

Strong understanding of cloud technology environments (e.g. AWS, Azure)

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.)

Familiarity with emerging regulatory frameworks which may impact Adobe’s resilience program

Open to travel internationally across various Adobe Locations

Experience with JIRA / Confluence preferred
