We’re seeking a Strategic Planning Manager, based in our Santa Ana, Costa Rica office. In this role you will be a strategic partner between the global business team and the Regions, focusing on growing our Omnichannel business through new country launches and optimizations for existing ones.

We are focusing on reaching new Digital and Retail customers through our Omnichannel product that leverages our digital and retail channel strengths to deliver greater value to our customers.

  • Responsible for growing the Omnichannel business in key regions globally. Develop, maintain and improve relationships with regional stakeholders.
  • Able to work on a cross-functional team to translate customer needs and business directions into solutions.
  • Manage region issues / needs and drive solution sets across internal teams, development, engineering, marketing & others.
  • Project implementation management for new or existing strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel both internally and externally.
  • Influence product / solution go-to-market plan.
  • Monitor program process by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing reports / dashboards and recommending actions
  • Prepare necessary regional monthly presentations for senior leadership, by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Support the Stage & Pay leadership team on product, customer and client strategy, and other projects as required. What you will need to succeed :
  • Fluent in English - Full competency required (C1)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, or similar area
  • 10+ years of experience in Financial industry and / or Planning
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively, orally & in writing, with all levels of management, including senior management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision making and conflict resolution skills.
