Adobe's Lifecycle Marketing team is passionate about delivering impactful and effective marketing programs to our customers.
Our goal is to drive long-term growth for Adobe through innovative, impactful and scalable marketing programs. We are looking for a motivated and creative marketing manager to join us in translating business goals into engaging customer experiences across email, in-product surfaces, and push notifications.
In this highly visible and cross-functional role, you will develop and execute lifecycle marketing roadmaps that achieve Acrobat growth targets while improving customer retention.
In addition, you will collaborate on broader campaigns and experiments with Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Go to Market Business Unit, and Data Science teams.
What You'll Do :
Plan and execute comprehensive quarterly and annual plans based in data and customer insights in collaboration with key members from Acrobat product marketing, campaign and go to market business teams
Build collaborative relationships with key business partners across Adobe, ranging from marketing peers to senior leadership
Drive incremental revenue, product engagement, and active use while improving relevancy through a / b testing and personalization
Develop and launch new lifecycle programs, optimize existing, and continuously iterate!
Harness technology for programmatic personalization at scale, utilizing APIs, machine-learning models and behavioral data to improve customer relevancy and revenue impact
Establish a measurement framework in partnership with our analytics team, refining success metrics and inputs that show impact of our programs
Build weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that quantify impact, identify trends, and encapsulate key initiatives, partnering with analytics team on ad-hoc analysis and deep dives
What you need to succeed
Experience in email or performance marketing with an emphasis on personalization and experimentation, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
Robust analytical skills and a passion for experimentation - ability to use data to identifying trends and drive decision making
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines with minimal oversight
Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an outstanding eye for detail
Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent our team with integrity and self-sufficiency
3+ year's experience, MBA or BA / BS degree
Tech or SaaS experience preferred, ideally in a multi-funnel or multi-vertical business model
