Do you want to craft products that reach nearly a billion Adobe users? Adobe Design is adding a Sr. Experience Designer to the Identity End-User Experiences team in our San Francisco office!
We work very closely with our partners across the entire Adobe organization in product management, engineering, and customer support to deliver solutions that have a direct and measurable impact on the business.
What you’ll be working on
Our team is a small, focused group that develops the account creation, sign in, security, and account management experiences used by every one of Adobe’s customers - individuals, students, and teams.
You will own the design of responsive web products and native applications, facilitate user research, contribute to the privacy and security of each user, and develop internal tools to enable communication and notifications.
Examples of our work might include :
Responsive design of the Adobe Account platform
Concept & strategy of the sign up and sign in workflows
Enabling new security technology and geo-based social sign in platforms
Representing Identity and sharing best-practices with other product teams
Participating in all phases of the project’s process, from kickoff to implementation, and delivering detailed specifications during development
Presenting design ideas to multiple partners and senior leadership, clearly articulating rationale, logic, and data
Giving and receiving feedback to design peers
What you’ll bring to the team
A mind for strategy, an ear for research, an eye for design, and a strong voice. We need a designer with a broad skillset who can quickly concept and evaluate multiple directions, who favors interactive prototypes, knows the right process, and can be a champion for patterns that scale across all platforms including web, mobile, and desktop as well as multiple user types including students, individuals, & enterprise.
Must Haves :
Demonstrated ability working in product design and UX
Familiarity with responsive web and mobile design patterns & standards
Proficiency in defining complex flows and delivering pixel-perfect designs
Experience developing research and test plans and translating the results into meaningful solutions
Experience writing user stories and developing feature requirements
Collaborative and able and work directly with Product and Engineering managers
Confidence in presenting work at all levels of the organization, up to the CEO
