The order management Customer service representative Analyst will beresponsible for the execution of the order entry and customer services ofdifferent type of products at MSD

Primary responsibilitiesfor this position include, but are not limited to, the following :

  • Resolve customer queries in the areas of Order management,Customer services mainly via phone calls or faxes
  • Through daily problemresolution, identify and propose process improvement
  • Assist in communicationswith internal business customers
  • Processing credit and debitnotes
  • Process purchase orders Received fromcustomers in a timely manner while complying with SLAS.
  • Collaborate with variousMSD organizations to resolve process and / or technical issues across multipleERP systems
  • Properly and effectivelyescalate issues that cannot be resolved real time
  • Ensure compliance withcompany policies and procedures and supports company mission, values andstandards of ethics and integrity
  • Effectively manage andprioritize workload efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positivecustomer service culture
