As a Value Consultant in the DSS, you will help our customers identify and measure the value that Adobe solutions can provide.

You will determine key business value drivers on behalf of customers and quantify the impact those measures can have on business success.

You will partner with senior customer executives as a trusted adviser to build credible and compelling business cases and financial estimates using a variety of data sources.

You will help build our practice by creating repeatable tools for value modeling and benchmarking (e.g., tools to estimate revenue uplift from improvements in digital marketing, or estimate productivity increases from improvements in digital workflow).

You will collaborate with teams across Adobe (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Data science, Digital Marketing and Digital Media product teams).

As a result, you will help us transform the customer conversation from negotiating costs to identifying and recognizing value.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing business cases for customers to purchase our software based on the value and business impact we can offer
  • Guiding the Solution Consulting organization and Account Executives to define the value of a deal to a customer
  • Creating presentations for the executive level to describe how partnering with Adobe can improve their business
  • Presenting to senior executives to describe the ways that Adobe can through the investment we ask for help them achieve their key business objectives
  • Creating thought leadership, through blogs and other social media activities about the value of Adobe to business
  • What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree
  • 3 5 years of experience at a leading management consulting or professional services firm, including experience working with and presenting to senior executives
  • Experience developing business cases, financial models and strategic recommendations, for example : analysis of ROI and TCO, benchmarking customers for best practices and value received, customer interviews to assess current state practices and maturity, etc.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including analyzing data, developing hypotheses, creating models using Excel and other analytics tools, compiling data from external research, and synthesizing insights from data
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
  • Bonus : experience with document management, digital marketing and / or SaaS technology, along with a high-level understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% (actual travel may be less)
