Position Description

The person hired for the position of Technical Team Lead will be responsible for the Sale of Service product group, including B2B / B2C and Product Information Management capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

  • Manage and oversee product teams in portfolio, including, but not limited to, sprint planning sessions, daily stand-up meetings with development teams, calculate team focus factors and velocity
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Sale of Service, B2C / B2E, and Product Information Management systems.
  • Prioritize product backlog in coordination with Chief Product business lead
  • Ensure alignment across product teams and validate priorities
  • Accountable for support SLA’s as delivered by support teams
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5-7 years of IT experience
  • SAP technical / functional experience
  • Understanding of SAP middleware (i.e. PI, OData)
  • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Software Development, MIS, or related field
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous software development experience, preferably using Jira / Agile methodology
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Familiarity with Hybris, Celum, or related PIM tools
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and business processes
  • Comfortable interacting in both a business-facing as well as a technical-facing role
  • Scrum Master certification
