The person hired for the position of Technical Team Lead will be responsible for the Sale of Service product group, including B2B / B2C and Product Information Management capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
Manage and oversee product teams in portfolio, including, but not limited to, sprint planning sessions, daily stand-up meetings with development teams, calculate team focus factors and velocity
Provide subject matter expertise on Sale of Service, B2C / B2E, and Product Information Management systems.
Prioritize product backlog in coordination with Chief Product business lead
Ensure alignment across product teams and validate priorities
Accountable for support SLA’s as delivered by support teams
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum 5-7 years of IT experience
SAP technical / functional experience
Understanding of SAP middleware (i.e. PI, OData)
Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Software Development, MIS, or related field
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous software development experience, preferably using Jira / Agile methodology
Demonstrated project management experience
Familiarity with Hybris, Celum, or related PIM tools
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and business processes
Comfortable interacting in both a business-facing as well as a technical-facing role
Scrum Master certification
