We focus on providing specialized outsourcing technology services to clients in the USA and Canada.

Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment and Staffing Assistant to help us with the recruitment process. If you are interested in learning and making a career in an amazing company this is a good opportunity for you.

This person is going to be involved in the whole recruitment process so is going to gain a lot of experience and knowledge while having so much fun in this interesting journey.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • This person will execute and monitor the recruitment processes, from beginning to end, through the company's recruitment tool.
  • It is responsible for following up the processes of each candidate to the extent appropriate.

  • To give follow up with the managers and different departments regarding the recruitment processes.
  • Making job posts.
  • CV Ì s scanning.
  • Telephone interviews (first screening).
  • To make soft skills interviews on-site and remotely.
  • Coordinate and scheduling interviews.
  • Work References verification.
  • In charge of coordinating everything related to new hires with the involved departments like accounting and administrative department.
  • First-day induction.
  • To look for continuous improvement of the processes
  • Support the HR department on some other tasks as required.
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor in Business Administration with an emphasis in HR or, Organizational Psychology or, a Psychologist with experience working in Recruitment and staff selection.
  • At least one year of experience working on Human Resources positions.
  • Solid and strong sense of professionalism.
  • A very organized and responsible person.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Very good written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish. At least B2 level.
  • Multitasking and proactive person, eager to learn.
  • Self-management.
  • Social Skills.
  • Service-oriented.
  • Team Working.
  • A reliable person.
  • Listening Skills.
  • High Ability and integrity to manage confidential information
  • Nice to have :
