With your incredible previous experience, you will :
Petty cash custodian
Office Manager Assistance
Assist in the purchasing process
Maintain record of purchasing orders and inventory within the accounting system.
Develop and maintain a filing system
In charge of the office’s Inventory, cafeteria and cleaning supplies
Provide general support to all staff
Collaborate with event planning
Act as support to occupational health and emergency brigade teams
What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude
You must have :
High School Degree completed
At least 2 years of experience in this position or similar
Working experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Working experience with client's (internal and external)
Working experience assisting administrative
Fluency in English (Minimum B2 reading, writing, and conversation)
It’d be great if you also have :
Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
