Who You'll Work With
You'll be based in our San José, Costa Rica office as part of our Managed Infrastructure Services (MIS) team, an entity within McKinsey's worldwide IT organization that manages IT support services to primarily McKinsey firm members.
The team is responsible for managing the firm’s entire global IT infrastructure and applications. Operational IT services are provided out of Gurgaon (India) and San José (Costa Rica) as well as operational engineering teams located in Gurgaon (India), Prague (Czech Republic) and Düsseldorf (Germany).
What You'll Do
You will support the firm-wide middleware infrastructure and other event management platforms and integration systems. On a daily basis, you will also do technical troubleshooting of infrastructure and dependent components.
You will support internal customers who are members of the IT support entities in development, QA and production environments.
You will encounter a variety of support requests in the defined area on a regular basis. You will also share knowledge as well as best practices and shoulder additional responsibilities at times of high workload / demand.
