o Ideally 3+ years experience

o CAN write, HTML, CSS, Jscript, Jquery etc

o Has REACT experience

o Worked closely with UX teams

o Not afraid to specify and hand over projects to other development experts

o Can work on larger projects when needed

o Comfortable Specifying requirements

o Understand Optimisation techniques
