POSITION SUMMARY : The Marketing Specialist, CRM will support our CRM and marketing automation initiatives, with a focus on implementing, automating and optimizing lead generation, onboarding, engagement and the overall experience of prospects and clients.
The role will work on a variety of marketing channels with a strong emphasis on email automation. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Create customer / prospect journeys and nurture campaigns
Facilitate ongoing project management to implement programs from concept to completion
Work in close partnership with marketing team to ensure quality execution
Integrated planning and campaign development
Day-to-day management of email campaigns and automations
Create dashboards and report results internally and to project stakeholders
Projects may include a variety of marketing channels such as digital, email, and social media
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :
A proactive, self-starter with a passion for marketing and communications
Strong written and oral communication skills required
Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM application
A background in marketing best practices, current trends and desire to learn the industry at a fast pace
Candidate should be a detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking skills to oversee jobs throughout the entire marketing cycle
Analytical and technical mindset and an ability to analyze and interpret data
Working knowledge of non-proprietary email platforms strongly desired
Capable of managing marketing projects, tracking and reporting of results independently
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
BA / BS in Marketing, Digital, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience with MS Office suite of products
Salesforce knowledge a strong plus
