The Digital Content Administrator reports to the Marketing Team Lead and plays a key role in the creation, editing, updating and review of content for the deployment and maintenance of global web content.


  • Work with the business unit marketing communications team to deploy new and updated content to
  • Work with the marketing communications world area leads to implement translation updates to appropriate locales.
  • Responsible for deploying new products to the global website.
  • Work with the marketing communications team and analytics team to implement SEO best practices to improve overall performance and search engine performance
  • Additional Information

    Working Conditions : Working five day per week in a schedule from 6am to 3pm. The employee has the benefit of Remote Office one day per week as long as the remote manager and the business requirement allow.

    At this point traveling is not required, however this can change.


  • Required Education :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Qualifications
  • Technical
  • Experience in content management systems (CMS) and web development. CoreMedia preferred
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of Photoshop
  • Soft skills
