Our B2B customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer so we are reinventing everything from how we display our selection, price our products, and provide the right customer experience.

This role is for our COMPASS team providing product selection and pricing guidance to customers, and is part of our Professional Services Group working with customers to ensure a smooth transition to purchasing from Amazon Business.

In this role, you will work closely with sales, customers, and internal teams to analyze customer data for insights that help customers move their purchasing to Amazon Business.

We are looking for staff who are customer obsessed and who have an eye for identifying improvement opportunities. Therefore, you will have analytical experience, and ability to work with customers to understand their objectives and motivations and develop solutions for them.

You will work on a number of analytical products and participate in development of goals and mechanisms that improve productivity.

The core functions include performing product selection analysis for sales teams and working with internal teams to leverage your insights.

The Product Selection and Pricing Manager will perform the following activities :

  • Dive deeply to evaluate customer spend data
  • Work in close coordination with sales to understand customer objectives
  • Leverage data and insights to help internal team improve customer experience
  • Determine qualitative and quantitative analyses for the business

  • 3+ years in product and / or program management with a focus on retail selection and pricing.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience with sales, sales operations, or working with sales.
  • Experience improving business mechanisms
  • Demonstrated ability to work among distributed, virtual teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently solve problems.
  • Experience in product, program, and / or project management.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
