The Opportunity

Do you want to help Adobe enable Creativity for All? The S park Growth team is an ambitious Product-Led Growth effort that functions as a startup within Adobe to build outstanding, next generation experiences on web and in mobile apps.

You will build an end-to-end understanding of the customer experience and then act on opportunities through rapid iterative testing with a growth mindset and spirit.

As a passionate advocate for the customer, your mantra is to remove friction and challenge mental models in order to deliver significant improvements to the user experi ence.

You will partner with Spark engineering, design, research, data, and marketing teams to implement with precision and approach and solve problems strategically.

Product-Led Growth governs this approach : test, learn, iterate, with in-product experience s as the focus.

What you'll Do

Champion Product Led Growth, including how to work across Product Research, UX / UI Design, Data Science, Marketing Insights, and Product Management, to challenge mental models and deliver multi-surface, multi-journey-step ex periences at scale.

  • Co-create an outstanding end-to-end customer experience for both web and mobile users through rapid, iterative testing and the resulting findings from those efforts;
  • the specific focus of this role is on driving in-product engagement w ith Spark’s base of users.

    Talk to customers every week and carry the takeaways from those interactions through everything you do.

    Lead execution across multiple surfaces resulting in demonstrable increases in engagement at statistical significance.

    Able to diagnose the health of a product engagement funnel, from onboarding through to activation and repeat use, find opportunities, and deliver value to customers on an ongoing basis.

    Drive and mentor internal and the broader external teams on the complete lifecycle of a test from hypothesis, concept, design, launch, analysis of results, and next steps.

    Define, translate, and effectively communicate the results of engagement tests and near and long-term test roadmaps in weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that quantify impact and identify trends.

    What you need to succeed

    At least 5 years of Product Management experience with an emphasis on testing and responsibilities driving in-product user engagement.

    Proven ability to harness technology for personali zation at scale : using APIs, machine-learning models, cross-platform experiences, and behavioral data to drive growth.

    Experience creating and leading cross-functional teams built around driving data-informed hypotheses that will power experiment design a nd findings.

    Experience scaling operations to ensuring adherence to a thorough experimentation methodology and detailed execution that is sustainable.

    MBA preferred.
