The Opportunity

Adobe generated $13B revenue in FY 2020 and has completed $10B in strategic acquisitions since 2018. Our Corporate Development team drives Adobe’s inorganic growth roadmap in conjunction with our CEO, top team, and senior leaders.

We strive to increase shareholder value through exceptional, inorganic opportunities.

Our most acquisitions have been in the digital marketing workflow space with Workfront (closed December 2020; $1.5B Transaction Price) and the video collaboration space with Frame.

io (closed October 2021; $1.275B Transaction Price).

Our most recent investments have been in around the corner’ opportunities with Vidmob, Lucidlink, Skillshare, and Truepic.

We are looking for an exceptional leader who is comfortable thinking at the 100,000 ft altitude as well delving into nuts & bolts to deliver a positive employee experience and help grow our EX M&A practice!

What you’ll do

  • Support various aspects of the EX M&A deal life cycle from due diligence through integration execution and integration graduation.
  • Deliver and exceptional employee experience for employees from acquired companies by drive day-to-day EX execution of the integration process & reporting, leading team meetings, supporting cross-functional integration planning workshops, maintain technical tools and prepare reports for executive leadership
  • Partner with Employee Experience M&A and Employee Experience Business Partners and BU leadership to facilitate org design strategy
  • Track and report deal value drivers metrics and outcomes; identify risks & develop mitigation plans
  • Apply learnings from past transactions in EX Functional Integration Playbooks & Templates to standardize integration processes
  • What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree required; minimum 3 years of relevant project management background
  • Exceptional program and project management skills, and desire to lead multiple teams and projects
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced, ambiguous, high-volume environment with constantly evolving priorities
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in handling highly confidential information
  • Excellent written & interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including stakeholder management
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Tools, SharePoint, creating dashboard reports a plus
  • M&A Integration, organization design, change management and M&A experience preferred.
