What We Need
A Lead Qualification Specialist or Sales Development Representative to work alongside a veteran sales and marketing team(s) where you will jump into the world of health-
tech in both the small business and enterprise market
Your Areas of Focus
Engage prospects via phone, email, and text â€ to exceed daily / monthly goals
Assist and educate medical professionals with the evaluation of software for their practices
Qualify and distribute leads according to the established criteria and definitions
Update the CRM application requirements based on activity and include detailed notes on prospect needs
Schedule demo appointments or transfer calls
Exhibit superior customer service in all prospect / customer engagement
Fluent English (CEFR B2+) verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 1+ years working in an inbound or outbound sales role with direct prospect or customer engagement
Tech-savvy, love to help others, and passionate about sales
Self-starter with strong work ethic and drive to succeed
Experience working in a CRM system
Ability to thrive in a task and goal-driven sales environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented with great listening skills
Proven track-record of success
Experience on the Medical Industry or Medical Technology (nice to have)
