  • Proactively identify Payroll and Time & Attendance service issues and take appropriate action to resolve; promote performance improvement initiatives based on local needs and global structure.
  • Be the first contact regarding Payroll and Time & Attendance within a country group also coordinate with IT department and Vendors to ensure the implementation of local norms and laws in relation to HR administrative processes and systems for CA&C.
  • Handle and drive efficient delivery of Payroll process according to local norms and laws, taking ownership of the solutions of the general inquiries, explanation and guidance of policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile discrepancies of payroll information and related documentation with the aim of ensure accuracy accounting balances complying with related policies, practices and / or local regulations of Human Resources and the accounting department.
  • Ensure the implementation of local norms and laws in relation to HR administrative processes and systems.
  • Deliver all local requirements of HR key figures as : salaries, information for actuarial data (pension fund), reserves for bonuses, overtime, Christmas salary, etc.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key users in the business units to review existing reports and how they are being used and evaluate gaps, data issues and areas for improvement.
  • Being proactive in the use of HR SharePoint to be efficient in the use of HR information and related data.

  • Calculate and adjust monthly accounting provisions related to annual payments (local bonus, STI, Christmas salaries, vacation, etc.
  • in order to assure the payments foreach concept and maintain a uniform cost structure, as well as the maintaining of clearing items to comply with the global accounting guidelines and government laws of the country group (CA&C).

  • Monitor and follow up the Master Data on both systems VHUR & SAP in order to identify areas of improvement, alignment and the successful monthly closing of the payroll and accounting process.

  • University degree or equivalent, especially focus on Human Resources. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive experience across core HR functions.
  • Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer orientation and service delivery management.
  • Five years of experience in the field of Payroll in CA&C, customer inquiry processes and service delivery management.
  • Knowledge of key major HR processes, systems and corresponding interfaces as well as knowledge of the global and local policies.
  • Proven experience with leading major projects and developing strong working relationships with stakeholders, the HR community and customers.
  • Experience of necessary tools (e.g. SAP, Visual Hur, MS Office, etc.), Excel and labor law are mandatory.
  • High degree of reliability and motivation.
  • Team player who is able to support change and motivate others
  • Communications strategy and messaging skills with the ability to build long term partnerships with internal management and staff, including the various relevant representatives of workers groups and external stakeholders.
