Position PurposeResponsible for the investigation, control and coordination of order releases. Perform analysis of credit risks and account status, working within guidelines established by the organization.
Resolves complex order release problems independently. Develops and maintains relationships with other areas of the corporation.
Able to handle the most sensitive problems. Able to provide coaching to peers or direct reports. Develops and maintains relationships with internal & external customers.
Be first point of escalation before going to Supervisor. Manage high complexity accounts.Principal Accountabilities 75%Enforce and control schedule for releases and management of projects associated with release delivery to the production environment.
Analyze the credit line and accounts receivable status to determine if any additional procedure or approval is required to release the order.
Provide customer service and develops relationships with internal / external customers and suppliers.Constant communication with the collections team to maintain the portfolio as current as possible.
Maintain quality checks on releases and record those that directly or indirectly cause Incidents.Maintain accurate order release and collection files up to date.
Evaluate and monitor team performance (Volumes).Arrange meetings to discuss or clarify issues with internal contacts (BU / Cash app / Billing / Collections, etc)25% Participate in continues improvement projects and take an active role in cross-
trainings to assist in driving quality improvements, processes and initiatives.Assist the supervisor in assessing, distributing and balancing workload of the team.
Assist the supervisor evaluating the order release work quality and providing coaching / training when needed.Help the team to resolve complaints / tickets / systems issues.
