This individual will manage the Business Operations team to support the Benefits Operations Services (BOS) team. The Business Operations team is responsible for building a global and scalable platform of standard tools and processes to support our growing organization.

The individual will be responsible for a team responsible for building and implementing standards, processes, documentation and reporting for BOS.

They manage the creation and tracking of our organizational goals, including financial tracking. The candidate will also provide strategic guidance on how to bring in and retain the best talent, building a recognition program and forecasting for headcount requirements.

The ideal candidate will be an analytical leader with Project Management experience in complex and fast paced environments.

They need strong communication skills, the experience to influence (both up and across), and support cross-functional stakeholder groups across all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate should be very detail oriented, organized planner with demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility.

The candidate should be self-driven and possess the ability to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal guidance or supervision.

A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, the professionalism in dealing with sensitive situations is important.

As such, the candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem solving and organizing logistics.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Building the strategic vision and goals for the BizOps team.
  • Manage BOS operational planning, yearly goals and financial reporting.
  • Build relationships with project stakeholders across internal BOS teams and with key BOS stakeholder teams to enable the BizOps to provide global support including facilitation, project and budget tracking, risk escalation, and best practice sharing.
  • Develop and implement unified tools, and information systems to support project and org planning, execution, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Understand the deliverables of project stakeholders, critical path items and build mechanisms to identify potential risks and delays.
  • Ensure project management standards are followed, project plans, reports and documentation are relevant, accurate and complete.
  • Provide information for resource planning and allocations, including adjustments based on emerging opportunities and challenges.
  • Monitor and report on the project portfolio including significant milestones, risks and learnings.
  • Managing a team of 3-5 Business Operations team members.

    Basic qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, HR or related field
  • Fluent in English
  • 8+ years of relevant project and program management experience
  • Experience managing at least 2+ individuals
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve program success through influence and partnership from design to delivering of initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to interface with all levels of the organization and demonstrated ability to influence decision makers
  • Deep understanding and experience in delivering high levels of customer service
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and work under pressure on a number of projects / initiatives at the same time in a rapidly growing environment
  • Successful record of building operational processes and procedures, continuously improving programs and efficiencies
  • Periodic international business travel may be required.

  • Experience managing large-scale employee benefit or pension administration programs, associated vendor management, and program development and delivery
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including proven abilities in process development and data management, financial accounting, reporting, auditing and reconciliations, and strengths in reporting and communicating data and trends to business leaders
  • Experience in benefits programs and / or benefits administration
