Ownership of a product portfolio within the Connectivity Business Line with responsibilities to drive execution from planning thorough high volume production and end of life
Collaborate and Manage a team of product managers and facilitate their ability to create a competitive roadmap that can address IoT, Auto and Access business segments
Collaborate with Sales, Segment leads and Engineering to synthesize market requirements into development of a winning / leading product roadmap
Ability to develop product business cases that help justify the creation of each device in the roadmap (TAM, SAM and ROI analysis)
Ability to create technical Market Requirements Documents (MRD) and drive alignment with Engineering teams to create HW and SW solutions create real value propositions for our connectivity solutions
Able to convert highly technical value propositions into a compelling customer story
Develop product collateral and competitive analysis for each device that will assist segment leads with the proper communication of features / value proposition
Manage product migration across multiple generations supporting consistent growth across IoT, Auto and Access segments
Your profile :
Technical Engineering Degree / MBA desired
10+ years relevant job experience
Knowledge of Wi-Fi and BT technologies
Experience in creating technical product roadmaps
Ability to effectively manage people
Hands-on mentality to drive topics pro-actively
Excellent communication & presentation skills on tactical as well as executive level (internally & externally)
Strong analytical skills
Hands-on & pragmatic style
Willingness to travel
Proficient in English
