Dwellworks is searching for a (Night Shift) Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing Corporate Housing team in Costa Rica.

We are currently utilizing full time work from home. Post COVID this position will be required to report to the office up to 4 days a week with 1 day per week reserved for work from home.

The start time for this position will be between 3 : 00AM 11 : 00AM local time and work a 7 hour shift made up of 6 hours working time and 1 hour unpaid break.

This position will work Monday - Friday.


Dwellworks is searching for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team in Costa Rica. The position will serve as a crucial support person for the Destination Services and Supply Chain Teams by entering, allocating and tracking relocation programs within key markets.

This person will help with administrative functions related to the placement of orders, utilization management of local suppliers and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of information.

This person must be able to work collaboratively with team members, maintain a detailed oriented approach, and analyze order distribution in order to achieve corporate goals.


Order Entry, Assignment & Network Management (75%)

  • Review and enter data into various internal systems
  • Ensure the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy are maintained while working through complicated client nuances and systems
  • Select Independent Service Consultants that meet the set decision-making standards and performance metrics
  • Contact Independent Service Consultants, via phone or email, to offer new service orders
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain Managers to foster alignment between the order assignment function and network management needs, such as supplier capacity, distribution, performance, costs and compliance
  • Work directly with the Supply Chain Manager to meet departmental and organizational goals
  • Maintain strong communication and support overall relationship management of Independent Service Consultants and internal team members
  • Reporting & Analytics (15%)

  • Daily review of key data points to refine operational processes and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets
  • Support reporting of assignment data to demonstrate alignment with financial, quality, network management strategy and operational goals
  • Ad Hoc Projects (10%)

  • Support process and structural development of the order assignment function
  • Must be willing to take on additional projects as assigned

    Your Skills and Abilities

  • Bilingual Spanish and English (excellent written skills and verbal skills)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and organization skills
  • Ability to think critically and willingness to offer suggestions for improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and self-motivating
  • Comfortable collaborating with remote colleagues
  • Ability to communicate in a service-oriented manner
