The Manager, Supply Chain Recruitment position supports Dwellworks’ Global Supply Chain organization with supplier recruiting, on-boarding and compliance initiatives globally.
The Supply Chain Manager supports the contracting of part time independent contractor positions. The position will liaise with internal stakeholders within Global Supply Chain, Operations, IT and Account Management, to meet business needs.
Responsibilities of the Manager, Supply Chain Recruitment include :
60% Supplier Recruiting & On-boarding :
Conduct recruiting efforts throughout Americas & EMEA Regions to maintain sufficient coverage of independent Contractors necessary to meet business demand : Post advertisementsSearch resume databases for qualified candidatesNetwork with various community organizations / resources to identify leadsIdentify alternate recruiting sources and modesManage candidate pre-screeningDevelop supplier onboarding experience, process, and systems enhancements Support Americas candidates for high Priority tickets (high demand markets or +5 DSCs needed) Host candidate interviewingCoordinate candidate contracting offers
Conduct on-boarding and compliance administration Coordinate onboarding paperworkExtend supplier orientation coursework and ensure candidate completion
Develop supplier onboarding experience, process and systems enhancements
20% Network Compliance :
Tracking, reporting and oversee the ongoing performance of supplier compliance initiatives
Develop of global network compliance metrics to drive ongoing compliance maximization
Support the development of global compliance initiatives and operational resources
20% Ad-hoc Support :
Support network expansion efforts in new markets and business lines
Identify, research, evaluate and support implementation of new recruitment channels and tools.
Identify innovative opportunities to improve recruiting & onboarding systems, process, metrics and overall functional impact
Collaborate on special projects related to enhancing Global Supply Chain Compliance Program and systems
Required Education : Bachelor’s degree in communication, industrial engineering, human resources, project management, communication, PR or business administration.
Required Experience : 2+ years of experience in a professional environment.Strong English language skills, both written and verbalStrong ability to multitask and prioritizeAbility to creatively address challenging problems by applying resourcefulness to generate innovative solutions.
Comfort managing multiple internal customers by proactively communicating recruitment & onboarding pipeline, creating visibility and responsiveness.

Preferred Experience : 2+ years of candidate screening and recruitment, preferred.International travel experienceExperience leveraging digital platforms and content to target qualified candidates and drive inbound candidate engagement.
Experience interfacing with US-based candidates and stakeholders.Understanding of cultural differences and experiences working with people from various cultures
