Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
You will be responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.
Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods. Develops and debugs complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment.
Create and test validation and production test hardware solutions. Test, validate, modify and redesign circuits to guarantee component margin to specification.
Analyze and evaluate component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability.
Analyze early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities.
Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints.
Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
Bachelors degree in Electrical Electronics Computer Science or Software Engineer
At least 2 years of work experience on a related field
Intermediate to advanced English Level - The selected candidate will have to work with peers in other countries so it is important to write read properly and speak in this language to communicate ideas
Scripting in Python, Perl, C or similar
Computer Architecture knowledge
Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Hardware Debug Validation knowledge
Experience on System and Silicon Debug
Data Extraction and Analysis
Experience on Intel IA 32 Architecture
Experience on Xeon Intel Architecture
