Your Responsibilities :

Register payments in foreign currency.
Prepare short- and long-term cash flow.
Monitor bank balance.
Prepare bank transfers (TED’s).
Maintain bank relationships for issue resolution.
Maintain and update bank s powers of attorney.
Prepare questionnaires for the Central Bank of Brasil.
Elaborate accounting releases in Cadency.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Support the Accounting Management Group.
Perform SOX and IBM controls.
Be on alignment with GSK s SOPs.
Take and attend GSK mandatory trainings.
Collaborative objective : ensure the right customer services to get SJO BSC Net Promoter Score on target for each year.
Support and execute the tasks under your team's responsibility on time.
Support plan between areas in General Ledger for MEC activities.
Ensure accurate and on time responses to internal / external audits requirements for processes under your teams' responsibility.
Ensure action plan definition and on time execution for finding resulting from L2 independent reviews and the risks identified in the RMCBs.
Use the escalation path process within R2R.
Our Finance Services characterizes by being to support our Senior Financial Accountants in the delivery of a complete, accurate, compliant and timely set of entity IFRS reporting (corporate reporting) for a given set of markets, ensuring that monthly and close activities are carried out in a robust and efficient manner by our partner BPO (performing General Ledger, Period End Close and Balance Sheet Reconciliation activities).
Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance in progress or completed.
Basic Portuguese level.
Intermediate English level.
2 years of experience in the accounting field or similar positions.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Experience working in a SOX Control environment.
Good organization skills, ability to manage workload to ensure all key deadlines are met on time.
Good and engaging team player. Structured and thorough approach to challenging situations.
Foundation level analytical skills.
Ability to organize and understand financial data for input into pre-established models / spreadsheets and extract and load data required.
Able to create basic models / spreadsheets with minimal aid.
Able to use financial systems and procedures that facilitate analysis and communication of financial information.
Accepts and ensures responsibility for compliance of company policy. Attend required training and understands own accountability for compliance and related policy impacts on their job.
Ensure efficiency of approved / established GSK procedures.
High and good level communication and interpersonal skills; interacts effectively with individuals across a variety of internal / external organizations.
Ability to act as a contributor to finance or customer teams. Able to influence decisions that impact their immediate work environment and other areas.
Foundation level presentation skills using prepared material within business.
Consult with and train small client group(s) on basic financial policies, procedures, reporting systems. Investigate and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
Able to identify issues and suggest changes to basic process and procedures to resolve.
Preferred Qualifications :

Advanced Excel skills.
SAP systems experience.
Experience of working in a Shared Service Environment and / or experience of managing of BPO for a sizeable company.
