D. and MBA level to fuel our diversity and innovation. Our Technical University Talent Partner will drive recruitment for graduate-level hires within the Adobe Research organization.
This person will be assertive, high-energy, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about partnering with hiring teams and continuing to build a strong campus strategy.
What you will do
Own recruitment for MS and Ph.D. University Grad and Intern hiring.
Partner with Hiring Managers to drive business impact related to graduate-level hiring.
Execute campus strategy including but not limited to diversity, faculty partnerships, hosting presentations and networking events, connecting with student groups, participating in career fairs, and on-campus interviews.
Focused efforts on key conferences and sponsorships and continue to evaluate additional opportunities for Adobe to engage.
Develops and administers staffing / employment / recruiting programs.
Works with the hiring manager to document requirements of job openings as required opening requisition(s).
Figures out appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.
Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Pre-screens resumes and evaluates the effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools. Documents candidate evaluation and interview process.
Negotiates and / or supports the hiring manager in developing new hire compensation packages / offers.
Professionals at higher levels may specialize in technical recruiting and / or highly specialized executive searches. May also assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys.
What you will need
3+ years in recruitment; university / campus experience preferred but not required.
Able to positively influence hiring managers and talent.
Must think strategically while committing to results tactically.
Have an understanding of the recruiting process and the importance of the candidate and hiring manager experience and willingness to enhance processes to provide a stronger experience.
Demonstrable track record of building strong business partnerships.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
Must be able to meet deadlines and be detailed-oriented.
Strong organization skills are critical.
Must represent and be a steward of Adobe's values : genuine, exceptional, innovative, involved.
