Chief Creative Director Digital Experience Business (DX)
As Chief Creative Director and co-leader of the Adobe Studio, Adobe’s in-house creative group, this dynamic leader is responsible for the creative strategy, expression, production, and management supporting all campaigns, events, web, and brand experiences for Adobe’s Digital Experience business.
This role supervises and mentors a robust internal team of creative directors, art directors, production designers, copywriters, video producers, and project managers, as well as manages a variety of external agencies and vendors.
Partnering closely with colleagues across a variety of Adobe functions, including campaign marketing, product marketing, brand strategy, advertising, and adobe.
com, this person serves as a leader and evangelist in the development of breakthrough and differentiated marketing communications that build brand affinity and product demand among Adobe’s key Enterprise and B-to-B audiences.
Defines and delivers exceptional and differentiated creative expression through breakthrough content and fully integrated campaigns.
Successfully partners and collaborates with global peers and stakeholders across campaign marketing, brand strategy, adobe.
com, advertising, media, demand marketing, PR, Social, and more.
Is perceived as a strategic partner to both global marketing and business units.
Supervises and manages a large team (25+) of creative professionals.
Regularly reviews creative work with BU and marketing executives to solicit feedback; partners closely across the entire Adobe Studio to ensure consistency across the broad range of Adobe communications.
Promotes excellence and best practices in creative development, organizational management, budget management, and the operations of a large-scale creative department.
A portfolio of original and breakthrough work, with a focus on brand advertising, web and cross-channel media. Highly skilled at delivering work that strikes the right balance and synergy across brand building and demand creation.
Proven experience in advertising, marketing, corporate identity, and web strategy.
Mastery of the creative process including typical time and resources needed to produce with efficiency quality work on time, and to specification.
Strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, ability to evangelize and build support for creative concepts and ideas across varying stakeholders.
Excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Ability to successfully manage, mentor, and develop a broad range of creative professionals across multiple disciplines and functions.
Excellent leadership skills, fosters a working environment of collaboration, trust, respect, and teamwork both in their own organization and company-wide.
Highly skilled using Adobe design software, including Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
BA or BFA in Graphic Design or other related design discipline, with a minimum 15 years relevant experience (preferably a mix of agency and in-house) specializing in integrated, full funnel campaigns.
