Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
  • 2-3 years of experience in the field of IT, consulting and / or business intelligence
  • Good understanding of data prep, analytics and visualization tools like Alteryx, Power BI, Python, QlikView, Excel, Spotfire, SQL and Tableau
  • Experience with market research, surveys with tools like Qualtrics, SPSS is a plus
  • Experience working with datasets, machine learning and statistics is a plus
  • Pricing experience in a B2B or B2C environment is ideal
  • Exposure to the marketing & sales function is a plus
  • Sound problem-solving with ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
  • Consistently delivers exceptional results and great ideas

    You’ll work with our Periscope team in our San Jose, Costa Rica office that is part of an exciting, highly visible fast-growing group within our Marketing & Sales Solutions and the broader firm.

    What You'll Do

    You will work closely with Marketing & Sales Solution leadership and diverse McKinsey resources to define, set-up and manage the service delivery processes.

    In this role, you will leverage our Solution (Periscope) and other firm assets to serve clients and create sustainable impact.

    You will often work on more than one project at time and will be at the core of bridging client business challenges with Periscope’s capabilities.

    You will work with client representatives and McKinsey consultants in joint problem-solving sessions and will drive the process of converting / enriching raw client data sources into the high added value databases required to deliver insights related to the business challenges at stake.

    You will master the analytics / methodology embedded in our Solution (Periscope) as well as the related data concepts. You will also develop a deep understanding of the domain / function (across pricing setting and execution and performance management) and how they are implemented in an organization.

    Additionally, you will support clients in their use of our Solution (Periscope) to sustainably drive high impact. This involves engaging with client sponsors on a regular basis to discuss how to drive user adoption.
