The challenge
As a Manager, Talent Operations focusing on workforce and headcount planning, you are a key contributor to the optimization of the Global Talent, Diversity & Inclusion (TD&I) teams.
Leading a new and growing team, you will be responsible to help build the strategic plan, provide data and insights to deliver on our business goals, and continuously improve our operational excellence for Global Talent, Diversity & Inclusion.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has experience in Talent workforce planning and telling stories with data.
Additionally, you will partner with Finance, Insights & Tech, and each TA business / regional leader to build accurate and detailed workforce plans.
You will ensure the workforce plan is updated and accurate throughout the year as the business re-forecasts and aligns resources throughout each cycle.
What you’ll do
Grow, develop and lead a team of talented Talent D&I Program Managers
Drive collaboration with cross-functional partners on TD&I workforce planning and resourcing needs to establish and deliver on strategic plans
Develop and enhance Talent Acquisition (TA) capacity modeling in partnership with Finance
Work directly with the Talent D&I Leadership Team to ensure appropriate resource allocation to accomplish our hiring goals (e.
g., headcount and resource planning)
Provide advice to TA leaders as they proactively address resourcing and budget requirements during business planning cycles
Partner closely with Talent and Finance leadership teams to establish alignment and drive short- and long-term planning (i.
e., quarterly, annually and multi-year / planning) on business performance
Develop, lead, and improve Talent analytics and reporting globally including diversity reporting, forecasting, and hiring projections
Engage, build and cultivate relationships across the organization to support Adobe’s strategic business direction in alignment with Adobe'

What you need to succeed
7+ years of demonstrated ability in workforce planning strategic roles, data analytics, and partnering directly with senior leaders, 2+ years leading teams
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with data visualization tools (PowerBI and / or Tableau)
Critical thinking skills and ability to utilize data to derive insights from metrics
Ability to manage and build strong teams
Excellent communication skills : you will need to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, summarize your insights in writing, and produce well-crafted narratives to influence, champion and drive adoption of Workforce Planning initiatives
Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication, as well as an extraordinary ability to program manage across complex operations
Able to adapt to shifting business demands, handle ambiguity, and get results with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Experience leading collaborative, multi-functional projects and toggling between strategic and tactical efforts seamlessly in a geographically distributed matrix organization
Experience working closely with senior leaders and driving results with teammates at all levels
Significant project / program management experience related to implementation of new, complex programs, systems and / or processes
BA or BS degree in Business, Statistics, Math, or equivalent field; MBA is a plus
