The GSA System Security Administrator Level 1 is responsible forthe provisioning processes of both internal and external privileged andnon-

privileged users. This position will support BAU activities by fulfillingmultiple requests for internal users and external clients, following securitybest practices, guidelines set by the Global Information Security Policy andadherence to the ISO27001 principles and guidance.


  • Support onboarding andprocess definition for new platforms and systems, following global securitystandards in adherence to the ISO27001.
  • Follow documented processesand procedures for the provisioning of both internal and external privilegedand non-privileged users.
  • Support the investigation& closure of security breaches in accordance with established proceduresand recommended actions.
  • Provide guidance to usersin defining their access rights and privileges.
  • Responds to a broad rangeof service requests for support by providing information to fulfil requests orenable resolution.
  • Actively engage in assignedpersonal development activities.
  • Responsibilities

  • User provisioning lifecyclesupport for platforms such; Active Directory, Mainframe (RACF & Top Secret)Oracle, UNIX and Digital Certificates.
  • Execute user accessprovisioning requests that are 100% fully authorized.
  • Performs non-standard securityadministration tasks and resolves security administration issues.
  • Investigates minor securitybreaches in accordance with established procedures.
  • Comply with SLAs and OLSalready established with the business
  • Follow processes and documentedprocedures based on the platform or services provided.
  • Highlight any GAPs of approval,understanding of processes, training and awareness to management.
  • Understand and participate inPerformance for Growth ensuring stretching personal objectives, a personaldevelopment plan and regular self and team feedback.
  • Actively contribute to a culturethat achieves the business goals, delights customers and keeps consumeradvocacy at the heart of everything we do.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computerscience or not graduated but currently studying related field.
  • English 80% minimum and thirdLanguage (Portuguese) desirable but not a requirement.
  • 2 years of experienceworking with Active Directory, Mainframe, Digital Certificates, Unix
  • Power Shell knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding Policies andProcedures applied to Access Control Management.
  • ISO27001 understanding is aplus.
  • ITIL knowledge or certificationis a plus.
  • Scripting skills desirable.
