The BP&O Procurement Transaction Centers (PTCs) provide P2P shared services in support of the overall P2P Process. The main processes included in the PTC's areas of responsibility are :
In addition, the PTCs are responsible for support activities associated with the above P2P processes such as business user support, issue resolution & general customer service.
PTCs also perform several other transactional activities in support of overall Global Procurement objectives. Pfizer’s PTCs support some markets in local language and some markets in English language.

The primary purpose of the position is the performance of P2P operations in support of BP&O PTC operational requirements.

The Costa Rica PTC Specialist is accountable for performing his / her assigned duties in compliance with the policies, procedures, processes & guideline in place.
In addition, the PTC Specialist is accountable for performing all his / her assigned work in an efficient & effective manner while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Purchase Requisition review & Purchase Order placement
Purchasing Vendor Maintenance adds & changes
Issue management & resolution and Customer service & support
Act with a high level of professionalism & customer service to help achieve a satisfactory outcome
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Enrolled on an associate Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years' experience in related roles such as Procurement, Share Service Center, Accounts Payable, Customer Service.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Fluent (Intermediate-advance) in English.
End user computer skills including Microsoft Office & ERP Systems (Ariba and SAP preferred).
Professional oral and written communications skills.
Organization and time management skills.
Attention to detail skills & ability to maintain attention to detail in a high volume operational work environment.
