Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
KAE is responsible for developing and executing joint business plans, with the objective of delivery business growth drivers (USG and end-to-end business management sell-in / sell-out execution) and market development with profitability, building strong and productive customer relationships.
Job fundamentals :
Flawless activities execution : promotions (N+3), innovations and on time price increase.
Effectively manage trading terms and monitor growth plan.
Regularly conduct customer business review.
Correct accruals collections on time.
Budget management execution.
Develop annual and monthly customer JBP for assigned accounts according to GGG Strategy to ensure turnover, volume, distribution, Sell Out, and gross margin target are met.
Do up analysis by customer in order to identify both short and long term business opportunity together with action plan which is in line with FS strategy / direction.
Formulate and maintain UFS sales standard operating procedures such as work plan, basic selling process, time management, effective coverage, stocks management, operational expenses and other related sales functions and activities to achieve sales force efficiency.
Implement agreed business development strategies for assigned account / s.
Critical Success Factors for the Job
Minimum 3 years with TOP CUSTOMERS and relevant sales experience.
Proven people management and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to develop strategy, plan and implementing program of account plan (sell in) and end user promo (sell out) as well.
Two years of Customer Marketing or Trade Category Management.
Possess knowledge and experience in Foodservice industry.
