Marketing & Customer Insights : Senior Manager Integrated Marketing Analytics

Position Role / Description :

The Marketing & Customer Insights (MCI) organization has a dual mandate of providing objective customer research, analysis, and marketing effectiveness measurement while advancing the use of Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies to enable and track customer experiences across surfaces.

Within MCI, the Integrated Marketing Analytics team was established to focus on developing deep media and customer insights to support integrated marketing planning across channels.

The group closely partners with Global and Field Marketing, IT, business unit leaders and other corporate functions to enhance understanding of our customers and their digital journey.

The team maintains a highly visible and strategically important role in delivering and facilitating understanding of insights to inform business strategies, and to track the performance of marketing specific activities against expectations.

The work the team delivers is informed by the business needs for strategic customer understanding, and may range from media investment performance analysis, deep customer journey investigations, to customer segmentation or targeting overlays.

This role is a highly visible role that will help drive cross channel performance media measurement, across email, paid search, display and social channels.

This role will work closely with cross functional teams to set performance targets, evaluate investment efficiency, and guide targeting and audience strategies.

A balance of analytical skills as well as strong communication skills is key. Knowledge of performance media channels is highly preferred!

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to structure problems into a data and analytics plan and execute.
  • Develop roadmap for analytics capabilities by developing input and relationships with business partners
  • Familiarity manipulating and analyzing large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences.
  • Deep understanding of the performance media landscape and experience evolving analytics and measurement capabilities
  • Translate business questions into analytics projects and interpret results to drive actionable business and marketing optimizations
  • 7-10 years demonstrated experience in digital marketing analysis
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a team of analysts to solve business problems
  • Experience working and communicating with cross functional teams on a daily basis
  • Conduct opportunity assessment analysis based on business needs and carry through to execution
  • Understanding of marketing processes, marketing analysis methods, and media channels
  • Track record of consistent delivery and execution
  • Evolve our analytics and measurement capabilities as the landscape changes.
