Position Overview

As a Lead Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to provide a unified content experience across multiple channels and platforms, driving customer success in onboarding and adoption.

This includes the design and management of activities to align our customer's journey to Citrix’s web content, as well as establishing and promoting the overall content strategy vision to senior leadership and other teams within the organization.

You will supervise the content counsel, in which you will lead a cross-collaborative team to build consensus on content strategies, delegate tasks, communicate changes, and work through ambiguity to maintain momentum and enable the customer and provide a seamless, positive digital experience.

Throughout your projects, you will connect the content roadmap to the key business drivers while also exercising your independent judgment in methods and evaluation criteria.

Your work is performed with limited oversight.

Primary Responsibilities

Map content to stages in the customer's journey and support how content contributes to achieving defined business goals and customer success.

Lead the collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, Supportability, Product Documentation, and digital teams to deliver content in a consistent, customer-centric manner.

Lead the analysis of content coverage by conducting gap analyses to resolve what content is missing and what is needed to ensure success in the customer journey.

Figure out the accurate sequence of events for each customer journey stage, organize content to follow the specified system, and align the sequence across all platforms.

Develop measurable objectives to understand how content is performing.

Lead others through analyzing the successes and shortcomings of completed projects and facilitate lessons learned meetings upon completion of each project.

Demonstrate expertise in the identification and implementation of content improvements, including identifying new process approaches and providing recommendations, developing documentation, guidelines, style guides, and templates to support process and methodology improvements.

Engage with and deliver for the company-wide content partners and senior leadership through effective communication of content requirements and strategies.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of content strategist, content marketer, writer, or related position experience. Bachelor's Degree in digital communications, engineering, computer science or media.

Confirmed content strategy, content delivery and project management experience. Ability to effectively present technical content to various audiences across multiple platforms

English professional proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Outstanding interpersonal skills to collaborate with different team members within and outside your organization.

Demonstrated mastery applying a structured approach to writing business and technical documentation for conceptual and task-based content.

Confirmed prioritizing, analyzing and customer centric skills.

Continuous improvement and learning mentality with a strong drive to accomplish objectives and meet high standards.

Responsible, accountable, committed and results oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

IT Industry experience preferred.

Ability to administer, implement, or support at least one core Citrix product.

Excellence oriented.
