We’ll be looking you to be responsible for ensuring the proper duediligence reviews are made by performing high complex duties with highlevel of technical / business knowledge in the areas of customer interviews,analysis of documentation and cases related to Western Union Complianceprograms.

You will work with money transfers that require further investigationover the phone / e-mail and any other off-line applications in support of NetworkAgents, Sub-Agents, and Consumers globally.

You will Effectively performinbound and outbound phone interviews (100% of working time). You’ll useyour strong interpersonal skills to ensure an excellent customer serviceexperience.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you willhave :

  • Outstanding oral, written, and listening skills to communicate effectively in English (B2 71%)
  • Outstanding oral, written, and listening skills to communicate effectively in French
  • Schedule availability (shift allotment : Monday to Friday, 06 : 00 - 22 : 00)
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
  • Customer service skills.
  • College degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient computing skills with all common Office programs (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Experience in financial services and compliance is a plus
