WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Work with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand job requirements, identify appropriate recruitment channels and organise and conduct all relevant steps in the recruitment process
Create and implement search and sourcing strategies in line with global recruitment guidelines and agreed with local markets (posting vacancies, searching, evaluating, and testing candidates)
Research, identify and approach qualified candidates, conduct screening interviews and present long and short lists to hiring managers and HR Business Partners
Provide comprehensive, data-driven advice to hiring managers to calibrate expectations and candidate profiles utilising as best as possible insights from the external market
Build an external network of high calibre candidates across key functions and proactively anticipate hiring needs
Deliver complex global recruitment programs via recruitment approach alignment with internal clients, recruitment of senior management and niched profiles, coordination of the efforts of involved team members across locations
Develop, shape and document BAT’s approach to inhouse executive search
Lead continuous improvement activities for GBS Recruitment department

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
5+ yearsof experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment, highly preferred working for USA Markets.
Experience in the end to end recruitment process
Experience in candidate identification techniques, including researching, sourcing, and cold-calling candidates
Very good IT skills, the ability to quickly learn how to work with a new platform
Tech-savvy in the use of applicant tracking systems, social networks and research skills to efficiently drive recruitment activities
Good planning, prioritisation, and reporting skills
Must be flexible and adaptable to work with various levels of employees and leaders (up to and including executives).
Experience using HR program systems (preferably SuccessFactors).
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
Verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
