WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As a Credit Analyst you will be responsible for :
1. Protecting company against credit risk :
Release blocked orders
Analyze / Approve new account applications, recommendation on payment terms and credit limits based on set policies
Analyzing customer’s risk profile and payment performance
Minimizing risk impact of potential doubtful debt to avoid bad debt
2. Improving company cash flow liquidity and profit by :
Managing credit exposure and monitoring customer payment
Managing collection activities to ensure continuous payment flows
Resolving customer credit problems : Approaching / negotiating repayment plan and special payment arrangements, calculating interests based on the planOperationally handling special payment and delivery scheme.
3. Managing bad debt accounts :
Analyze delinquent account balances (Triggering the legal action), Working with collection agencies, internal and external lawyers
Discuss resolution with internal parties Correspond / Negotiate with delinquent accounts
4. Credit reporting to management :
Provisions (revenue adjustment) to bad debt accounts
WHAT WE EXPECT
Degree in business administration or accounting is preferred.
C1 English level
3-5 years of experience in credit analysis in the shares services industry
Some collections experience is a plus.
SAP knowledge, transactions : FBL5N, VK10N, FB03.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection standards, law and regulations
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
